Acidic fixing agent is suitable for wool, polyamide, silk, etc that dyes with anionic dye(acidic dye,metallizeddye).
The washing fastness and perspiration fastness of the treated dyed material have
been greatly improved, so do the colour changing of the fabrics after fixing.

Properties

1. No change on the fabric shade, little effect on feel.
2. Can be dying and fixing at the same time, shorten the process.
3. Increase washing fastness to level 4, wet friction and perspiration have been greatly improved.
4. Another characteristic of the product is that it's good at acid resistance.
5.Resistance to chlorine up to 30PPM, An environmentally friendly non-formaldehyde fixing agent.

Application

The suggested application amount for dipping process is 1-2%
O.W.F of Acid Dyes Fixing Agent for pale shade, and 2-3%
O.W.F for medium shade, 3-4% O.W.F of LA-60
for deep shade,
with liquor ratio 1:15-20 at 80°C for 20 minutes;

Packing & Storage

125KG in one plastic drum; Sealed at room temperature can be stored for 6 months.

Notice

Reactive dyes color fastness not only depends on dyestuff concentration
but also on washing after dyeing. Dyed fabrics must be fully washed (washing, soaping,
then re-washing).
Deep colored textile fabrics should be fixed after soaping at high temperature and washing.
