The product can be used in coal washing tailing centrifugal separation, can be used in sedimentation and filtration of coal powder and coal mud, and can improve the recovery rate of coal powder and the filtration speed.
Textile Auxiliary Agent:

It can be used in floatation and smelting of Zinc, manganese and copper mines, its leachate and slag can be added into PAM to improve the separation efficiency.

The nonionic-polyacrylamide is dissolved into 0.3% concentration, cross-linking agent is added, and the product can be sprayed on desert to prevent and solidify sand.

9.5 share nonionic-polyacrylamide is used and is mixed to 0.5share NN-methylene diacrylamide, the product can be used as chemical mudding agent for plugging water of dikes, ground foundation, channels and the like.

The product can be matched with lignocellulose, a certain amount of chemical adhesive can be added, and the product can be used as oil field profile controlling and water-plugging agent.

Because there is nonplar section which can be eutectic with wax molecule on the polymer main chain and (or) branched chain, if you add defined amount of this product into the wax bearing crude, wax crystal shape and structure in the crude will be changed, the little wax crystal nucleus which is produced can be dispersed, it can’t collect to grow up, and isn’t easy to deposit on the pipeline or pumping rod, then can’t be taken by fluid. In addition, there are oil soluble inorganic nano particles in this product, because of their small size, special surface property, and good dispersibility in crude,nano particles could be taken as wax crystal nucleus, which stops wax crystal growing up and collecting, so this product has the function of paraffin inhibition.

Usage:
Maily used for vat dye dyeing, reactive dye dyeing and acid dye dyeing. It can work as dispersant for acid staining pad and pigment pad dyeing; auxiliary for reducing dye powder and slurry. It can also be used in leveling agent in dyeing industry

Basically speaking, it does not change the setting time of concrete and can significantly increase the early strength of concrete.
It is of chlorine-free and low-alkali and no rust on the steel and also can effectively prevent the alkali-aggregate reaction of concrete.
3. Superplasticizer Admixture Usage and precautions
The normal dosage is 0.5 ~ 1.5% of the cement and the water-reducing rate is 12 ~ 25%.
It maintains the same slump of concrete and can save 10 ~ 20% of cement used.
If combined with other components, it can prepare all kinds of admixtures with different properties, such as early strength water-reducing agent, retarding water reducer, pumping agent, antifreeze, waterproof agent and etc., to fully meet the needs of different types of projects. Please refer to the relevant provisions in GB50119-2003 "Concrete Admixtures application technology specification" and construct.

PAM ranges from thousands to millions and it is the high-molecular electrolyte.
It is the white power or granule, and it can be dissolved in the water easily but not the common
organic solvents including the benzene, ether, ester, acetone, etc.. The aqueous solution of
polyacrylamide is the thick liquid and it is
non-toxic and non-corrosive. The solid PAM is hygroscopic, and the hygroscopicity is improved with the increasing of ionic degree.
Use:
(1) Industrial waste water treatment:
Such as the waste water from iron industry, electroplating factory, metallurgical industry, coal washing, etc..
(2) Drinking water treatment:
The PAM can be used as the flocculant. Its dosage is 2%-5% of that of the inorganic flocculants, but the effect of former is dozens of times of that of latter.
(3) It can be used for the recycling of the loss of brewers' grains in the alcohol plant and starch in the starch factory.
(4) It can be used as the water block agent in the oil field, and also the oil-displacing agent during the tertiary recovery.

Brief introduction of PAM:
Polyacrylamide is called as PAM for short and it is polymerized by the acrylamide monomer. Itis a kind of linear water-soluble polymer matter. With different techniques and functional groups, products with different types of charge can be obtained, including the anionic
polyacrylamide (APAM), c
ationic
polyacrylamide (CPAM)
, non
polyacrylamide
(NPAM) and amphoteric
polyacrylamide (ACPAM). The average molecular weight of
PAM ranges from thousands to millions and it is the high-molecular electrolyte.
It is the white power or granule, and it can be dissolved in the water easily but not the common
organic solvents including the benzene, ether, ester, acetone, etc.. The aqueous solution of
polyacrylamide is the thick liquid and it is
non-toxic and non-corrosive. The solid PAM is hygroscopic, and the hygroscopicity is improved with the increasing of ionic degree.
Use:
(1) Industrial waste water treatment:
Such as the waste water from iron industry, electroplating factory, metallurgical industry, coal washing, etc..
(2) Drinking water treatment:
The PAM can be used as the flocculant. Its dosage is 2%-5% of that of the inorganic flocculants, but the effect of former is dozens of times of that of latter.
(3) It can be used for the recycling of the loss of brewers' grains in the alcohol plant and starch in the starch factory.
(4) It can be used as the water block agent in the oil field, and also the oil-displacing agent during the tertiary recovery.
(5) It can be applied in the paper-making industry. It can be used as the dispersant, retention aid, etc. in the long fiber paper-making, and also the flocculant for the waste water from the paper-making.
