Waste Water chemicals defoamer AF1400
Can inhibit and eliminate foamer
Effective to many forms of foamer
High ductility
Products Explanation and Usage
AF1400 is a kind of adaptive multi-composition oil-base deforming and form inhibitor which can be used to control industrial wastewater and the bubbles formation in detergent system. Used in refinery, chemical plants, power plants, paper-making, metal processing plant etc industries for wastewater treatment, which defoaming effect is very significant.
AF1400 can also used for wastewater biochemical treatment systems, cooling water circulation system, and other systems exists foam problem.
Dosage and Usage Requirement
The effect of AF1400 related to various factors, such as foam control requirements of system, dosing point, the control method and the bubble type and harm degree, etc.
In wastewater treatment system, Add the products directly to the certain point of the wastewater pool which cab achieve satisfactory effect, this is because AF1400 have very good ductility, can quickly spread in the water, then to eliminate the foam.
AF1400 best directly added system (not dilute). Dosing point is better strong turbulent place such as pump entry.
AF1400 soluble in water, can mix with water in arbitrary ratio. But the product after diluted in a couple of hours will cause a reaction. If there is a need to dilute, suggest match currently when using.
To reduce corrosion, the tank and piping system should avoid material carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum alloy. The existing stainless steel system needs to take a careful watch, suggest replacing in 6-12 months. Tank, pumps and piping had better choose anticorrosion material, such as PVC/CPVC, polyethylene, poly sulfones glass fiber and plastic material.
Pakage:
AF1400 is liquid products, packed in 25kg or 200kg per barrel.
Storage:
AF1400 Should stored under normal temperature,to keep the products best effective, use up in a year.
