Product Overview
CS-T9 dampening liquid is especially designed to high-speed
rotary machine, which is used by newspaper office. The unique chemical elements of CS-T9 dampening liquid are beneficial to reducing the water consumption, to reducing or removing stains and to dissolving the slow dryness of imprint and print. The product is powerful to kill microbe, thus it can control or prevent dampening treatment liquid from pollution by microbe. Added with modified anticorrosion medium, it can prevent the metal parts from being corrupted and printing plates and printing machines from being damaged. With a precise buffer system included in this product, we can ensure you that the PH value will keep stabilization in the running process of printing machines. 100% VOC free, it is environmental and safe.
Characteristics and Benefits:
1. High speed dampening, suitable for high-speed
rotary press
2. Because of the thin water film, the ink’s transfer and brightness can be guaranteed.3. With strong adaptability to various inks, it can speed up the dryness of ink and the shaping of presswork, and it also can prevent stickiness and reduce the dosage.4. Dampening liquid contains water-reserving element, which can protect the printing plate at stop-press.5. Contain bacteriostatic agent preventing bacteria breeding in water skip.6. Contain special additive to protect the parts of the machine from erosion and reduce or remove the accumulation on rubber sheet.7. Adjust the key parameter of water to more favorable scope and reduce the requirement of water by dampening liquid.8. 100% VOC FREE. Not easy to volatize. At printing, the CD value is stable and reliable and the printing quality is stable.
Method of Preparation:
In accordance with water quality, adjust the concentration of the liquid between 1.5% and 3%, with acid salt tolerance between 5.0 and 5.5. Test the reference value of working dampening liquid in accordance with conductivity. The dilution ratio is 1:50-1:100.
