Product Overview
CS-T8
series are suitable for imported four-color printer (alcohol dampening) and offset press of
dampening sleeve series. It is mainly used to reduce the surface tension of water, effectively remove the moisture on surface, and enhance the clarity of lines and microdot.
Product Characteristics
Suitable for all kind of water, such as
RO water, soft water, hard water or deionized water. CS-T8 products contain long-effective powerful cleanser, which can prevent the dirt and tunica mucosa forming on water storage tank and pipe. It’s a new kind of dampening liquid.
Method of Preparation:
In accordance with water quality, adjust the concentration of the liquid between 1.5% and 3%, with acid salt tolerance between 5.0 and 5.5. Test the reference value of working dampening liquid in accordance with conductivity. The dilution ratio is 1:50-1:100. Addition level of alcohol is between 8% and 15%. Corresponding adjustments can be made in accordance with the practical situations.
