Water treatment cationic coagulant

Cationic flocculant is a water-soluble polymers.
Cationic flocculant is a water-soluble polymers, their molecular chain with a positive charge and the strong absorption group, play a role in adsorption, neutralization, bridging to colloidal or suspended particles from the water, widely applied in various sectors of the raw water, wastewater, sludge, manure and other processing.
USE
flocculants should be Prepared in aqueous solution, using water should be without neutral salt impurities.the using form generallyto be dilute solution (cationic flocculant concentration of 0.1% to 0.3%), the lower of the concentration , the more easily molecular chain extended . However, the actual use, such as the preparation of the initial concentration of additive is too low, while the more dilute solution the worse of the stability ,on the other hand the preparation of the required equipment is too bulky, so before use , the concentration of the preparation about 0.3% , the using concentration about 0.1% to 0.2% .
NOTE
The product solution should be used as soon as prepared, place the prepared cationic not more than one day; Other iron products is caused by the chemical degradation of the catalyst, so in the process of preparation, transfer, storage iron should be avoided, the equipment contact with solution better to use stainless steel, plastic, glass or fiberglass. This series of products if you need to use mixtures of inorganic coagulants, inorganic coagulants should be added, when the alum to be significant (it usually takes 30 to 60 seconds) and then adding cationic flocculants, can not reverse the order and can not be added together.
