1. Product profile
This nano resistance injection increase agent is nano silicon polymer produced by corporate reaction of sodium silicate or silicon esters and nucleating agent, surface modified by coupling agent contains hydroxyl, carboxyl, amino groups and saturated carbon chain and perfluoro carbon chain hydrophobic groups.


2. Product

features

1) It can be soluble in water with accessory material, forming clear transparent liquid.
2) Emulsion breaking under a certain environment, and release hydrophobic nanoparticles, and firmly attached to the porous road surface, forming a super-hydrophobic films, making the rock surface with the hydrophilic properties by water erosion transfer into a hydrophobic surface, resulting in when the injected water flow resistance through the pores greatly reduced, the injected water can pass through smoothly.
3) Nano particles could cladding on the surface of clay, stopping the water, prevent expanding; meanwhile the surface active component has hydrophilic group and lipophilic group, which also can absorb on the rock surface, change the wetting, improve aqueous phase relative permeability.
4) Nano material surface has pinning group, so it is more stable, stronger, more washing resistance on the rock surface, don't cause sand drop off, thus avoid secondary pollution.
5) It is non-toxic, non-pollution, not harmful to tubular column and operator, environmental friendly.

3.Usage
A. Configuration solvent: Dispersing this product in the water solution containing accessory agent by the density of 0.175%-0.25%(W/V)under special temperature.
B. Water injection well is preprocessed with a series of process such as acid cleaning; make dirty and organic sediment on the surface of rock clean.
C. Inject the prepared solution to water well, closing the well for 48-72 hours, make sure the product can absorb the underground rock surface adequately
D. Then using the clear water as the displacement and high duty water injection, then normal injection water, in such way completing once decreasing pressure and increase injection treatment. The validity is 4-12 months.
