2.Enhance the effect of the concrete as following:
* 15-20% of cement can be reserved under the condition of the same caving in and same strength
** Non-poisonous, odorless, non-flammable and non-corrosive to steel bars.
*** Suit for blend for the C30-C60(32MPA-80MPA )concrete
**** Degree of collapses(Degree of fluidity): 180 mm- 280 mm
***** Reducing ratio 18%-30%
****** As the condition of the material and the climate where amount of cement and collapsibility are fixed aforehand, mixing water can be decreased by 18-28% when it is mixed with reinforced concrete at 0.5-1.2%. Statistically, compression strength on the lst day, the 3 rd day and the 28 th day after single application is increased by 60-100%, and 30-60% respectively when it is added at standard blend dosage. The compression strength, tensile strength, buckling strength and modulus of elasticity will be improved.
3. Scope of application
* Apply to Natural curing concrete and aerated concrete
** Apply to compound lean concrete and high strength concrete
*** Apply to all types of Portland cement
4. Application method
* The quantity scope to be mixed:0.4-1.2% of the weight of cement, better performance will be given if the scope could be controlled by 0.5-0.8%.
** The N-series High Range Water Reducers could be:1. directly mixed in cement2. compounded to solution before mixing with water added to cement.
