2. Superplasticizer Admixture / Concrete Additive FDN Product Overview
The superplasticizer admixture can strongly disperse cement particles and decrease the water-cement ratio and improve concrete strength of different ages.
It greatly improve slump and expansion of the concrete, so that the performance of concrete is significantly improved.
Basically speaking, it does not change the setting time of concrete and can significantly increase the early strength of concrete.
It is of chlorine-free and low-alkali and no rust on the steel and also can effectively prevent the alkali-aggregate reaction of concrete.
3. Superplasticizer Admixture Usage and precautions
The normal dosage is 0.5 ~ 1.5% of the cement and the water-reducing rate is 12 ~ 25%.
It maintains the same slump of concrete and can save 10 ~ 20% of cement used.
If combined with other components, it can prepare all kinds of admixtures with different properties, such as early strength water-reducing agent, retarding water reducer, pumping agent, antifreeze, waterproof agent and etc., to fully meet the needs of different types of projects. Please refer to the relevant provisions in GB50119-2003 "Concrete Admixtures application technology specification" and construct.
