The anionic PAM is made through the alkali homopolymerization and hydrolysis prior to acrylamide,and through the granulation,drying and grinding. Its apperance is white fine grains or powdery solids.

Packed in 25KG P.P woven bags or paper-plastic bags with PE lined,or as per buyers instructions.In storage and transportation,pay attention to heartproof and moisture-proof . The powdery product will be damped to be caked and will be poor in solubility if exposure to air for long time ,The stacking layer shouldn’t be more than 20layers Shelf life is two years.
Application:
In The Treatment of Industrial Waste Water
Widely used in the treatment of the sewage with suspended grains ,high concentration, positive charges and mid or alkali PH value, the waste water from a iron and steel plant, an electroplating factory and a coal washing works, and metallurgicai waste water.
In The Treatment of Drinking Water
Generally the HYA-3’s molecular weight is appropriate. For many drinking-water factories,their water sources are from rivers,and have high mud and minerai content,and high turbidity degree.Though it is passed through the sediment and filtration processes,it isn’t still in conformity with the requirements,and must be added with some flocculants.In the past,the inorganic flocculants were generally used and with a large adding quantity,resulting in raising the secondary mud quantity .Now the HYA-3 is used as flocculant,its adding quantity is only 1/50 of inorganic flocculant,and its effect is several times better than the inorganic flocculant isused together with the cationic polyacrylamide (BYA-4 or BYA-5)made in our company.
The Recovery of the Starch Loss ans Grain Stillage from A Starch Plant and AN Alcohol Plant.
If the HYA-2 is added into the waste water from the starch plant,the starch grains will be flocculated to sediment. Then this sediment is through the filter-pressing processs by a pressure filter, caked and used as feedstuff.The gtain stillage from an alcohol plant can also be dewatered by HYA-4 and recovered through the filter-pressing processs.
