Products Explanation and Usage
BI1500 is a non ionic material composition, specially used to control microbial dirt of industrial water system. Control industrial water system, is essentially to prevent biological dirt. In the cooling system, biological dirt of the heat exchangers and cooling tower packing will reduce heat transfer efficiency, leading to equipment sudden cease and extend turnover time, make production from loss. Therefore, in order to enable the operation unit from such damage, we must prevent biological dirt, in order to achieve the benefit. Although BI1500 itself have no bactericidal activiry,but it can significantly enhance the fungicide effectiveness in the industrial water system,and work together with oxidizing microbicides (such as chlorine oxidation, bromine, or chlorine dioxide) and the oxidative microbicides.
When some microbicides cannot be effective by itself, BI1500 especially effective. For example,the use of fungicides or discharge is restricted by environmental legislation in some places,the product will be displayed.
Dosage and Usage
BI1500 in the cooling water dosing concentration is typically is 10-50ppm. In fact, its add concentration and number depends on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) system cleanness and microbial type, the nutrient concentration, temperature, pH value, retention time and other operating characteristics of system.
BI1500 should be used combining with other fungicides of industrial water system. If continuous add microbicides (for example: continuous BI1500 chlorination), then BI1500 Should follow the same way. In such system, in a sufficient speed to add BI1500, in order to make sure the blowdown flow of circulating cooling system or the whole water flow of one-through cooling system have enough residual concentration (generally in 5 to 15 mg/L). In one-through cooling system or other batch dosing halogen system, in the first 30 minutes to 1 hour before halogenating ,BI1500 should added 5 to 15 mg/L, and then added in a continuous way. The dosage should be up to the total flow of the system.
BI 1500 maybe form foam,if foam is produced ,defoamer can be added.
Dosing Point:
add in the turbulent point that can be mixed with cooling water.
Dilution:
Better add without dilution,if have to,dilute in water.

Storage
