OR series corrosion inhibitor is a patented mixture composed of organic corrosion inhibitors , which designed for closed cooling water system containing steel, iron, copper, and other yellow metal . It can effectively control corrosion in a broad range of conditions. OR series corrosion inhibitor has been successfully applied to deionized water supplies, soft water supplies and hard water system. Practice has proved it effective in the frozen water system and heat and heat melt applications. This product do not contain nitrite, so OR series corrosion inhibitor plan won't encounter destructive problem as the traditional closed loop of corrosion inhibitor scheme . Moreover, because do not contain molybdate or other heavy metals, it is also a kind of outstanding scheme in the condition which is restricted in sewage by environment, the situation.
Dosage and propose requirement
Although in most closed system,conventional dosage of OR series corrosion inhibitors is 2000 mg/L, but it should be used following my company recommended usage. circulating water pH value in the closed loop system should keep at 8.5-10.0.
OR series corrosion inhibitors should use net dosing way (not dilute), by the right moment dosing or continuous inflow system, the dosage and frequency should be sufficient to sustain the recommended concentrations. Dosing cans, pump and pipeline and valve material can choose steel or most conventional plastics.Should monitor OR series corrosion inhibitor content according to chemical analysis procedures.
