1. Product Description
Defoamer #SY- 4113 was designed to resolve the foam problems for white paper stage during paper making procedure.
This defoamer has strong ability to eliminate and hinder the formation of foam in white water. It can quickly eliminate the small bubbles between the fibers, and the big bubbles up the water surface, avoid paper defect the bubbles may result in like potential paper wholes and paper break.
Due to this defoamer can help disperse the solid suspended substances and effectively control the accumulation of the resin; it is very favorable for paper making machines’ clearing work and normally operation.
This defoamer won’t influence the gluing and dry paper features in case proper amount be used.

4. How to use:
With the dosing pump or by hand, you can directly add proper amount of this defoamer to pulp dilution tower, pulp storage, and white water storage. Generally it is necessary to use 100g~500g defoamer for one ton of dry paper. The actual amount should be determined according to the tests result.

5. Precautions:
In case freeze took place during transportation and storage, the defoamer should be unfreeze naturally, and stirred evenly before use.

6. Package and Storage
Use 200kgs, 1000kgs packages, or negotiated packages. Sealed and stock under room temperature, away from light. Avoid the defoamer exposed to extremely cold or hot environment. Shelf life is 1 year.

7. Security
Avoid contact with eyes and respiratory system. Once happen, please wash with lots of clear water, to see a doctor is necessary if the situation is serious.
