Product name Poly aluminum Chloride (PAC)
Product code PAC-WWD
Application Water treatment, Waste Water Grade
CAS No. 1327-41-9

PAC-WWD is a new-type inorganic macromolecule coagulant with high efficiency, manufactured by advanced process. It is drum dried in solid form widely used for treating various industrial effluents and municipal waste water.

PAC-WWD is high basicity (85-92%) polyaluminum Chloride. Its high basicity and the low dosage minimize the need of pH- adjustment and small coagulant dose reduces the amount of sludge. It is pretty effectively to treat the low-temperature raw water.

Properties

u The water treatment cost is 20%-40% lower than that of other inorganic coagulants.
u It can lead to quick formation of flock with big size and rapid precipitation.
u It has wide-range adaptability to the waters at different temperatures and a good solubility.
u The dissolved liquid of PAC-WWD is slightly corrosive and suitable for the automatic dosing and convenient for operation.

Application & Notes
u Before dosing the solid product shall be diluted to 5-10% Al2O3 liquid.
u The dosage of the liquid product is 1-100ppm depending on the raw water quality. The specific dosage is based on the flocculation test and site trial.
u The product can not be stored with other chemicals.
u The solid product is packed in inner plastic bags and further in polypropylene woven bags, with each bag containing 25 Kg.
u The shelf life is 6 months for diluted liquid product and 12 months for the solid product. The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, but the effect will not be affected even if it gets wet.
