Products explanation and usage:
OC5000 is a liquid mixture of organic deoxidant and neuter amine. OC5000 oxygen scavenger is organic, not produced inorganic solid substances in boiler water. In addition, OC5000 is safer than hydrazine .
OC5000 is mainly used to control the dissolved oxygen corrosion for the boiler equipment system,condensation system,boiler water supply system.Meanwhile, OC5000 deoxidant can also apply to the boiler water disposal system under the jurisdiction of the FDA. But not for drinking water treatment system.
Typical application
even if deaerating heater have good effect, still there are enough dissolved oxygen in the feedwater which can corrupt boilder system. Even dissolved oxygen concentration is low, also can generate hazards to hypertension (high temperature) system . dissolved oxygen of the water can cause equipment pitting corrosion, local characteristics change,lead to serious problems. Economizer and water heater is particularly easy to be corrupted by dissolved oxygen.
OC5000 is effective not only to low-pressure boiler systems, but also to those especial high pressure boiler system, solving the most concerned boiler water scaling problems of the latter, OC5000 in boiler water won't produce inorganic solubility solid, reducing waste of boiler, and save energy.
OC5000 has better treatment effect than hydrazine. It can not only eliminate oxygen, but also help passivate metal surface.
Boiler water containing inorganic oxygen scavenger was used to adjust temperature,superheater pipe and steam turbines will produce harmful deposition.
Companies do not recommend using boiler water-supplying adjust temperature,the best to use separate isolation source ,such as sugar water condenser or condensation agent.pls contact with our company to obtain special tempering guidelines.

Dosage content----to control according to the oxygen dissolution content in the boiler feedwater. Continious dosing ways.
Dilution
---- compatible with condensing agent, softening water, or anaerobic water,make it have appropriate concentrations. This product can dilute as any proportion. Only the first hybrid need to take slight mixing. Try to avoid expose when dissolving. Should adopt tanks covered with cans which can be added everyday, maintain product efficacy.
Equipment
-Dosing pipe should take 316 stainless steel,glass fibra, Polypropylene, PVC or epoxy materials.The storage tank should take Polyolefin materials.dosing pipe mouth and dosing pump part contacted with chemical liquid should take 316 stainless steel.
