Softener RL-518 is cationic softener of outstanding anlistatig effect,imparts fabric soft handle,smooth,fluff effect and low yellowing.It’s free of APEO, carcinogenic substances & environment friendly product, satisfy with the requirement of garment washing and hotel towel washing.

CHARACTER:
1.Good water solubility, soft,smooth,antistatic property, less bubble and hydrophilic property.
2.It can be used alone or used with silicone powder EM-8350.
3.Main characters:There are use conveniently,economize energy and save manpower.It can put into washing machine directly,needn’t dilute with water,but also can dissolve with warm water for use.
4.After drying in high temperature,finished fabrics appear little yellow,No effect to dye.

APPLICATION:
1.It used for after finishing of hotel turkish towel,towel,knitted sweater etc.
2.It used for after fininshing of cotton,silk,wool,polyester,flax,synthetic fibre etc.

USE OF METHOD:
1.Cold water dissolve method:Add softener RL-518 of the proportion of 6-10% into water at temperature 25-30°C,stir 3-5 mins to disperse,place aside 1-2 hours,stir slowly to even paste for use.
2.Warm water dissove method:Add softener RL-518 of the proportion of 6-10% into water at temperature 30°C,stir 3-5 mins,heating to 40-50°C,stir slowly to even paste for use.
3.It’s better to filtrate before using.

USE METHOD:
1.Towel Factory:Add the softener RL-518 into washing machine directly under warm temperature 25-50°C,the normal dosage is 15-25/10kg texitiles.If rumtime less than 1 minute,we suggest dissolve in water of 40°C-50°Cfirstly at rate 1:19-1:38.
2.Dyeing Factory:
Padding method:2-3G/L,temperature 30-40°C.
Immersion method:0.3-0.8% o.w.f ,bath rate:1:10-15,temperature 40-50°C,runtime 15-30 mins.
3.Washing Factory:Add softener RL-518 into washing machine directly when rumtime more than 2 mins,dosage 300-500G. If runtime is less than 1 minute,we suggest dissovle according to warm water dissolve method first,then pour into machine for use.

USE INSTRUCTION:
Under normal speed in the machine, it can be completely dissolved in water of 40°C~50°Cand absorbed by fabric in 1 minute.If temperatures at 30°C~40°C,runtime is 2 minutes;at 25°C~35°C,runtime is 3 minutes. Optimum dissolve temperature at 40°C~50°C;the best soften temperature at 40°C~50°Cand within 3-5 minutes.Normal use with the best PH of water about 7,needn’t any other acid and alkali materials;The best condition of water quality is soft water about 0~159ppm,expressed in CaCO
3,
its high hardness will reduce the speed of dissolve and solubility.

2.Sealed storage,shelf life is one year.
3.To keep free from water and wet, store in cool dry environment. After opening, the product may absorb moisture but this will not affect normal effect.
