Manufacturing methods
HP600 is a main material of acryl amide and acrylate, made by copolymerization reaction and special treatment of water-soluble emulsion.
Rely on a special approach, the molecular weight of the product is moderate, it can reduce the API filtration of drilling fluid filtration API greatly.

The main purpose
Mainly used as shale inhibitor for oil (gas) drilling fluid, good compatibility with other drilling fluid additives, applied to all kinds of water base drilling fluid. But used with caution in high-density drilling fluid. When used, it can effectively control the API fluid loss of drilling fluid and improve the quality and lubricity of mud cake.
Use
HP600 is a water emulsion. When used, product should be mixed drilling fluid directly, adopting uniform slow addition method or intermittent addition method. In addition, the dosage of the product should be determined according to the drilling fluid formulation.
Recommended addition level of it is 0.2% to 1.0%.
Storage matters
1 package Logo: HP600 is packaged in 208L plastic drum. Its net weight is 200kg. Each batch of product quality inspection report should be single. On the packaging, there should be clear, strong logo. Signs include: trademark, name, type, production batch number, net weight and the Health and trade names and so on.
2 Storage: HP600 should be stored in ventilated, dry room temperature 5°C to 30°C, and to grant the unit separately. Keep away from fire sources; avoid strength extruded and sunlight exposure. Co-exist with non-corrosive chemicals.
3 Transport: the application of clean means of transport with a tarpaulin, moisture, rain, sun, light textile handling should take to prevent scratch or smashes the packaging.
