Antiscaling agent for circulation cooling water system and boiler water, also for the oil pipeline with high-hardness, high-minization and worse-quality water. Less than 10mg/l each time as antiscaling agent; about 100mg/l each time as slow corrodent; and less than 5mg/l when mixing polycarboxylic acid water treatment agents.
