Almighty Liquid Acrylic Resin is dedicated to achieve the effect of cat-beard.
Suitable for creases or folds and three-dimensional whiskers in denims.
It has the features that setting fast, three-dimensional feel, good effect, easy to use,
without any effect on the subsequent process.

Application

Process and formula

Water 85%—70%

2.Process

Soaking in solution: combined with liquid soap in proportion and mixing evenly.
Put the pants into the liquid soap and soaking for 10 minutes, then dehydration and oven dry until the pants is 80% of dry.
Please note that the dosage of Almighty Resin is base on fabric, when treated the thin or elastic fabric,
the dosage should be decrease accordingly.

Sizing: steam the parts which need to achieve cat-beard effect till slightly moist,
make a cat-beard shape base on the template, then steam to on the part of cat-beard shape till it get stiffening.

Curing: The purpose of curing is give full play to sizing feature of resin, but the premise is not curing a bad pants,
this requires customers to do experiments according to different fabrics.
In general, the thick fabric and normal fabric should curing at temperature of 155°C for 20-25min,
the thin or elastic fabric should be curing at temperature of 140°C-145°C for 25min.
When the pants discharge from the oven, if the cat-beard effect is not stiffen enough or the three-dimensional effect is not ideal, you can heat for 5 minutes additional at the previous temperature.


Packing & Storage

125 Kg in one plastic drum; can be stored for 4 months under cool and dry conditions.
