Manufacturing methods

Physical and chemical properties
Water-soluble: Insoluble in water.
It is a colored powder, no abnormal odor, non-combustible, highly efficient oil emulsifier.

The main purpose
Mainly used for oilfield drilling fluid as oil in water emulsifier, compatibility with other drilling fluid additives, applied to a variety of water base drilling fluids. In the drilling operations and the underlying crude oil contaminated invasion, emulsifier can effectively oil emulsion. Strong stability of emulsion, strong resistance to electrolyte contamination and high temperature resistance.

Use
When used , mixed with drilling fluid directly. In addition, the dosage of the product should be determined according to the drilling fluid formulation.
Recommended addition level of it is 0.1% to 0.5%.

Storage matters
1 package Logo: SEA is packaged with paper bag. Its net weight is 25kg. Each batch of product quality inspection report should be single. On the packaging, there should be clear, strong logo. Signs include: trademark, name, type, production batch number, net weight and the Health and trade names and so on.
2 Storage: SEA should be stored in ventilated, dry room temperature 5°C to 30°C, and to grant the unit separately. Keep away from fire sources, avoid strength extruded and sunlight exposure. Co-exist with non-corrosive chemicals.
3 Transport: the application of clean means of transport with a tarpaulin, moisture, rain, sun, light textile handling should take to prevent scratch or smashes the packaging.

In the factory, Products were tested by our quality supervision departments to ensure that products meet quality standards or contract the corresponding standards. Users have the right to correspond to the standard of the quality of the products received acceptance. If any, should be made within one month of receipt of product, coordinate and solve the supply and demand sides. If more than one third batch of products have been used, we have the right to refuse to retest.
