Description
Molecular sieve has the merit of strong moisture absorption; it is used for gas purification. When preservation, it should be avoided exposing in the air directly. The molecular sieve that is stored long and has absorbed the moisture should be regenerated before using it again. It should be prevented from the oil and liquid water. It can be used in drying the air, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, argon and so on in the industrial production. When using the molecular sieve with two parallel adsorption dryers, one works but anther can regenerate the molecular sieve. Alternation between work and regeneration allows continuous operation. Working at 8-12 °C dryer, the dryer under the impulse heated to 350 °C can generate the molecular sieve. The temperature of the regeneration varies with the different specification, but the variation value is slight. The molecular sieve has good catalyst effect to the reaction of organic gas. The molecular sieve is also known as bubble zeolite or zeolite, it is a crystal aluminosilicate. The crystal structure has regular and uniform pores. The pore diameter is the size of the order of magnitude of molecules and only allows the molecular whose pore diameter is smaller enter it. So it can sieve the molecular in the mixture by size. This is why we call this chemical product as molecular sieve. This chemical product is acted as a solid adsorbent; it can be desorbing by the adsorbent material, be regenerated after using. It can also be applied in drying the gas and liquid, purification, separation and recycling.

It mostly applied in separation of normal paraffin isomerization, oxygen and nitrogen, in drying and refining of chemical, oil and natural gas, ammonia decomposition gas and other industrial gas and liquid.

It mainly used for gas drying and purification, feed gas purification in the space division equipment (simultaneously removal of H

O and CO
