Product performance and usage

The product is high-efficient, cheap and nontoxic inorganic high molecular compound. The liquid is colorless or light yellow and transparent; the solid is light yellow powder. It is easily soluble in water. In the hydrolytic process, it is accompanied with the chemical processes such as electrochemistry, coagulation, absorption and precipitation. The product has the features including wide applicable range of PH value, large granule, and quick speed in sedimentation. It is widely applied for treating the domestic drinking water, domestic sewage and industrial waste water.

Application Method & Notes

1. The specific dosage is based on the flocculation tests and trials by the users. The usual dosage of the liquid product is 3-40 g/ton, and of the solid product, 1-15 g/ton. The consumption demand for the effluent treatment should be based on the actual effluent quality.
2. The liquid product can be dosed directly or dosed after dilution. Dilution is necessary before dosing for the solid product. The normal dilution ratio for the solid product is 2%-20%, and 5%-50% for the liquid product (based on weight percentage).
Product Performance
1. Form flocculant in high speed, big block and high activity. And sedimentation and separation is rapid.
2. Do not add other chemical additives and use less dosage than other inorganic coagulant so that the cost is low.
3. Alkalization degree is higher than other aluminum and iron salts, and have little erosion effect to equipments.
4. The water treatment cost is 20%-80% lower than that of other inorganic flocculants.
